Pricing questions, answered plainly
What does Steward cost during the beta?
Nothing. Steward is free while we build. When we launch, planned pricing is about $99 a year for Essentials and $149 a year for Premium — and Manual Mode stays free forever. Waitlist members hear about pricing first, with a founding-member offer.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one click from your account settings — no phone calls, no hoops. You keep paid features until the end of your billing period, then your account moves to Manual Mode with all of your data intact.
What does “watermarked export” mean?
On Manual Mode, PDF and CSV exports include a small “Made with Steward” watermark. All of your data is still there and fully usable. Essentials and Premium exports are watermark-free.
Is my data sold or shared with advertisers?
Never. Steward makes money from subscriptions — that's the whole business model. There are no ads, no data brokers, and no “anonymized insights” sold on the side. Your financial data is yours.
Do prices differ in Canada?
Prices shown are in USD. We plan to bill Canadian members in CAD at equivalent pricing at launch, so exchange rates don't add surprises to your subscription.
